I heard Tn is cheap. WV, and some parts of NC too. And Kentucky and Indiana. St pete is decently cheap. Houses im looking at now are 1/3 the houses I was looking at in MD, and I was looking in the lower price range of houses.

That's a $300K+ house out here.

thats about 200k in MD, but down here, thats 55k-105k depending on the area. The ones im looking at are in nice neighborhoods, 65k-80k is my price range. I just talked to a mortgage broker today, we will see what I qualify for.
