Finding new, good data is hard and costly...especially broken down like your link. I take no issue with it.
New 2007 data does not come out until mid Jan and it will be a while before someone takes the time to break the data down.

not new as in 2007, but newer than 2003. Im sure columbia (howard county) has gone down since then. well, not in income, but in worth of land and property/houses.
