It looks like this "one coat" paint is going to take two coats that is for sure. It also looks like a six year old joined in the painting process, lol.

I don't know what exactly the real purpose for primer is but whenever I went to my friends house to paint the other day he said it was so the wall doesn't just soak in the paint. It costs less to buy primer rather then paint.

I don't know though, made since at the time.

I have decidied to keep my current box and buy a 15" sub rather than redesigning the box.

Because paint is glue.
Glue doesn't stick to everything.

The primer acts as an intermediary between the wall and the paint....helps it stick better. You don't really want the wall to absorb the paint.

Pretty much what Flip said. Primer helps the paint bond to whatever you are painting. Like when you paint a car, primer is a must. Otherwise, the paint will just run down the side of the car.

In other news, I'm having to turn in an old english paper for a new one. She isn't going to like it but i'm going to say to her, "it's better than a zero isn't it?"

This paper just really stumped me, I couldn't find near enough information to write 5 pages. I mean yeah I could bs and probably get about the same grade I'll get with this one but there wasn't near enough information for me to properly cite within the paper.
