RUnning it at .5 is your only option or your gonna be stuck at 2. You should be fine with .5 if you have the proper electrical.

I thought bridging across 2 channels reduced the load? It always has before. Or did I miss a specific reading as in mono meaning bridging doesn't work? Sorry for the confusion.

I can do .5 as the electrical is being upgraded as we speak ..... grrr ..... any trades lol?

No....no bridgin mono blocks

Just connect pos to pos and neg to neg....and run it at .5, It should be fine

Thanks, it is running at .5 and I can tell it's getting LOW voltage by going into protection. Thanks guys. Sorry about the tardness. I've got a spare cap at home just to check some readings. I'm just glad it's working till I get home and fix up the wiring.

dont run it @ .5 without upgrading your electrical, otherwise, expect that amp to be blown in a day or two, especially with going into protection already.

but ill take it when you blow it up.

Just get a decent batt in the rear and youll be fine....G31 batt/ PM D3100

3k watts .... only an additional battery or 2 in rear?!?!? Id kinda rather go alt anyways bc my factory alternator will implode trying to dispurse a consistent voltage will it not lol?

OOO its going to be hard to find one now days. Try surfing the web and forums like this for one. Other than that contact maxx and ask when they will be out again.

Got a couple of these ladies O there sooo nice too...Got to have a good battery back up to run them. Even more when running it at .5 , Have to ask too what kindof head unit do you have. What kindof voltage is it putting out on the rca's do you have that and the amp matched to each other.

get a good battery under hood and a good battery for your trunk

do the big 3 with 1/0

do a 1/0 run as power and ground

this will hold you over until you get alt

Ive heard maxxsonics has very few left from the shipment they got a few weeks ago, and no more till dec. I have 3 MINT ones that I may sell to upgrade in the near future
