I just sold my crossfire amp couple months ago that's what got me back into car audio wish I had kept it, sold for $100 I got a deal on it yrs earlier then I find a guy on ebay selling same amp with rust on it dirty as he** for $300 cause peeps know they were good amps... had it for about 8 yrs never even got warm.. kid that bought it has my 2 orion hp 12's ported in a truck can hardly sit in the there with a techno bass cd playing and it's just a 600rms model that's makes 720rms..

I had never heard of them, was at the shop asking about sundowns and they recommended the crossfires saying they are both better made and cheaper than the sundowns. The 8 they showed me was heavy and they said could handle 1500 rms.

Probably the c7 8. They are 1k rms. I dont know if they are better than an x8, but if hes gonna give you good pricing, id absolutely run them. They are definately amongst the top 5 or so beastly production 8s.

The x8s are like 35lbs. Not sure on crossfires
