I'm using the RE ported box tool so I thought it would be best to run the design by you guys to get your feedback before building.

I read that SA-10s like 1.25-1.5 cubes each, tuned between 30-35. I want to play low thus the 32hz tuning frequency.

My current box is on the elevated part of the trunk right behind the seats in my Lexus GS3, this should fit there too. The SA-10s will be getting 1500 RMS, at least for the time being.

Any input is appreciated.

I believe Jacob recommends them in 1 cu ft each if getting anything over rated power. 32hz should be fine for tuning. I'd personally try for a bit more port than that, but should be fine either way.

do not use the re calc, it is not accurate and your box will be wayy off
OK, good to know.

Any suggestions on other software, problem is I have a MAC, not sure if any are compatable?

I used BuckBox to do my last design, maybe I should go that route again?

How is it off. Their calculator takes into effect of port displacement just not speaker displacement. So if you figure in speaker displacement it should be spot on.

Just wondering if someone has a program using these same specs come up with a different calculation??????

No the port length is incorrect, compare it to the calcs on the 12v. The re box will be tuned 3-5hz higher.
I've used it a couple times and find that it tunes about 1-2hz higher than what it says. On a related note, just about every other program I used ended up about 1-2hz lower than expected, so pick your poison.

From basic math it always been off. Tuning is off 99% of the time as is net volume some cases.

There are other calcs that are more accurate, but nothing beats doing the math yourself. Or making your own calc.

just have someone on here mak you a cutsheet for free or like $5, then take those dimensions and put it all together in Google Sketchup. that's how i did my box and as you can see in my avatar it came out just fine
