FU Audio got back with me after posting on their Facebook group. Said "they are normally delivered in two weeks" Not too bad.

Im really stuck between 8 of the 750 12"s or 8 SQ HDS3 12"s.

FU is cheaper at $1200 for 8

Re cone prices are slightly higher at $90

Made is USA with USA coils.

But they are 2.7" coils

SQ is going to be $1400 for 8

Recones are cheaper at $70

3" coils rated 1200rms each.

Yea so pretty much It pays for itself(with subwoofer purchase) plus $40 and 10% off any other purchase I make in the future..

Build quality is real hit or miss on those hds300. And although they will get loud, they aren't a particularly linear sub. Based on posted specs, the FU look better musically

Id imagine they order the parts and hand build them. give them a call if they are down to earth people give them a chance.. they apparently love audio and build good stuff..
