I think it is, and it would be louder, but I cant keep the back "barn doors" sealed. I have to gorilla tape them, and it blows tape out around the 152db mark. Remember, right now it is just a cargo area subs up port to the rear box. I'm fixing that problem soon enough though. Its getting a C pillar wall with 8 15's and two BC5500's at .5 ohm here REAL soon ...

I'm a sundown hugger....but gotta admit, those FU sure look like winners for the price. Especially since build quality is said to be so hit or miss on hds300's

Jacob said Ev3 are real close to the SA v1... Here's four handling 5k clamped watts doing 152db on music 30seconds run. Not bad for $100 woofers... And doing score the fu was doing

Well the e v3 are up to around 140 now, but that's probably mainly due to going from 2" to 2.5"

Another possible contender are the new b2 is v2 12s. 150$ 750w.

Well obviously nick wouldn't want it to be like anything he does for IA. And a lot of woofers use same parts, baskets leads motor shape, you build woofers you should know just because it looks like something you seen at a Chinese build house doesn't means it's the same woofer.

Yes. I have $1900 into my 2 SHD 18s.
