The answer to your question is yes it can be done. Should it be done??? That depends on a few factors. Impedance can rise AND fall when playing music. It is really dependent on setup, but solid electrical definitely helps your chances.

Ok well would this be good for two mayhems? Would two crescendo 2000s wired at.5 ohm be as good as a audioque 3500d wired at 1 ohm? What would be best for two mayhem 12s?

the mayhems will laugh at either of those amps you listed, if it were me id go with a single 15 or 18 mayhem on the AQ.
