What I dont understand is if this guy is so fvcking rich, then why wouldnt he fork out money to fix the electrical? And if he really did leave 2 cars in the garage, i say they are ******* dreams cars if he spends 18mil on a house. Who just leaves a house like that to sit there?

Apparently the electrical and other aspects of the house were botched to shit and the guy wasn't going to pay the builders more money to fix their own mistakes, so the house has sat unfinished and probably still has those problems.
