Crazy loud honing sound!

Hey y'all. Long time member here with 0 posts. lol Have done a lot of reading around here, thanks for the great threads!

So for my current issue

Equipment: Zapco 350.2 to image dynamics cxs62's, zapco 500.1 to jl12w3.

Shop installed all my equipment for me, made a mess of the wires. Didn't even use the symbilink cables/transmitter that I supplied/used rca's instead... Took it to a highly reputable place to clean up the wires/wire in the symbilinks and figure out this noise that pops up. Have to snip remote to make it stop. It's ear piercing loud honing type of sound. Took the amp to a repair place- The Electronic Engineers in Chicago. They tested it for two weeks but couldn't replicate the issue. So I popped it back in and made it down the street when it started happening again. I recorded the noise but don't think I can post links with my first post. Only happens while I'm driving, coming from my left channel, explained this to the repair shop as well. Any idea where I can look next? crossovers?

Any help would be greatly appreciated. If someone can PM me, I can give you the youtube link to what I recorded, it'll give a better understanding to the sound I'm talking about.

Thanks for your time

You can post up youtube link on here.
Is it a constant humm/honing? or just every now and then?
Hit a bump and it'll set it off! I'll have to purposely try to hit another bump if on the highway/busy street that I cant pull off to try to make it stop. Lol

Double/triple checked all connections and there all pretty solid!

Holyfawk that's annoying!!

Sounds like your next to a hydraulic machinery.

You stated a shop installed it. Go back and make them fix it. Providing they have a warranty on their work.

Tell me about it man. Failing symbilink transmitter? Crossovers?

Like I said, I wouldn't mess with anything right now since the shop installed it for ya. Who knows if they screwed up something while they installed everything.

Understandable, they wanted to charge me $35/hr to see if it's an amp issue since I purchased it on my own. lol

I'd go straight back to the shop. $35 an hour for an amp issue or not. Especially if you don't think it's an amp issue. I wouldn't have anyone else tamper with their "work" no matter how shittie it was.

At this point, anything is possible.
No kidding. If I read it right, he said he had another shop fix what they didn't do right the first time? I'd be sure when I went back to the first shop not to tell them anyone else messed with anything. Not to knock the OP's reasoning or anything, but If it were me, I'd have gone back to the first place and let them at least know what they didn't do correctly or how I was I satisfied with their initial install. Then at least there would be some "documentation" or somebody would have at least known an issue was present. Kind of though to get somebody to fix something or warranty work performed once somebody else starts sticking their hands in and stirring the pot
