Crazy idea time...

Okay, I fell asleep in one of my classes today and awoke to a brilliant idea that I want to implement in my car. I want to put 4 Mach5 MJ-18's in my 240sx. The box will probably be about 10cubes, and be run off 1000w (until I get a bigger amp). How insane do you think this will be/sound? Keep in mind it will be in a 1991 nissan 240sx hatchback. Any opinions?

More or less... yes. It is physically impossible to fit 2 side by side due to the width allowed by the enclosure, so im going to do some custom glass work to come out in almost a diamond shape and the subs will be inverted.

Thats just a rough guess. More than likely if i go full out wall, It will be somewhere around, oh say... 14 cubes or bigger.

still kinda small for 4 18's i'd go with atleast 15cf and that would be on the small side, 20cf would be more ideal, if done properly should be crazy loud just from all the surface area.

I would think 2 with the right amount of space would be better than 4 cramped...

But if you can find the space, 4 should be fun.

Can we say loud *** s13? When I save up a few grand, im going to be the loudest s13 in history.

I'd say just go with 2 18"s. in a cabin that size 2 18"s should get more then loud enough in 10cft.
