Crappy Week & A Car Question

been having a shitty week.....missed the lotto...alternator went....need new axles

I also noticed that when I am waiting on a red light...with my foot on the brake...my RPMs go up and the car starts to shake a bit.

I stop the RPMs are good...then after a like 10-20 seconds it increases from 600 to 1k or so.

what could it be?

could be a bunch of problems, first check if youre throwing any codes. also one place to check would be the EACV.
