Cracked Trunk Latch

I cracked the actual body (a thin piece of sheet metal) behind that part that holds the trunk latch hook. I was just wondering has anyone dealt with this before and what will the repair costs look like, I have a mazda 626, thanks

I have had mine welded twice and had to put a whole new latch on because my old one broke. Only cost about $10 each time I had it welded and $15 for another latch.
