alright i have a coustic amp600 here are some specs

2 Channels

150 Watt x 2 at 2 Ohm

75 Watt x 2 at 4 Ohm

300 Watt x 1 at 4 Ohm Bridged

Input 5 V Maximum Input Signal

Adjustable HP/LP Crossover - 40Hz - 350Hz, 12dB/oct

ive got 4G power and ground wire as it recomends and it has 13.4v going to the amp

i have the speakers bridged to 4ohms

well here are the problems well the amp doesnt sound good unless the gain and stuff is up pretty high...iv used the gain setting tutorial and everything

well after i set the amp up to where i want it and listen to it for about 1/2 hour it starts overheating and shutting off.

another thing i noticed and not sure if its relevant but when the bass hits the power to the amp drops some like the lowest ive seen is like a 13.1v

just hoping to figure out why the amp is doing this....i called coustic and they tell me something is wrong with the amp so i got a replacement and same thing is still happening

does anyone here have suggestions???

the speakers are 2 12" kicker compVR dual 4ohm wired so each sub is 8ohms
