Couple Plexi/Box Questions

**I searched, just didn't find any great answers**

Alright, first of all, what thickness plexiglas do I need to just make one or two panels of my box out of it? I can get 1/2", 3/4", or 1" thicknesses... but which is proper for a single 15 off 600RMS?

Second, how do I properly seal the plexi panel and all panels for that matter? Would clear silicone seal plexi - to - MDF and MDF - to - MDF?

What is the BEST way to cut perfectly straight lines in plexi? I have access to a DeWalt miter saw, Circular saw, table saw, jigsaw, and dremel tool.

I know it's best to pre-drill any screw holes, but which screw type is best in plexi? Machine thread (fine) or wood thread (coarse).
