Countersinking Screws?

you can screw them in as far as they'll go alot the time they wont be flush and will split the wood, or u could just take out the screw(s) and countersink the predrilled holes

 
Assuming you glued the enclosure together aswell....after the glue has dried you can remove the screws altogether if you wish. The screws are simply there to hold the panels together until the glue dries.

 
its a special bit theres 2 kinds one with a drill bit in the front and sink at the end
