well i sold a verizon phone on ebay back in august. before i shipped it, it was in working condition. so then the buyer recieves it, and doesnt try it out until a week after it was recieved.
so they contact me saying it doesnt work and what not, and i reply back a couple hours later telling them they can return it and i will refund them. now on september 30th, they file an item not as described dispute with ebay, saying the phone doesnt turn on, and its dented and scratched severly. and not one time did they ask for a refund; i offered them one.
i replied the same day asking why they took so long to reply back to me, and saying again that i will refund. and since then they havent replied back to me. so i just sent them another message saying i will refund it and check the serial on it, once they send it back to make sure its mine. also, i know for a fact that it isnt dented and scratched up severly. the one i sent out only had a couple scratches, and was working, since i turned it on before i put it in the package.
so what do you guys think?
