Could my amp have drained my battery?

So I ran into issues with my sub amp and when I removed it, I accidentally pulled the remote wire out of the amp for my comps. I didn't notice it and didn't drive my truck for two days well when I did go to start it the battery was dead.

Could having power and grounds hooked up but not the remote, to a amp, cause a batter drain?
