Cost to rebuild 13w7?

Hey guys just wondering what it costs to get a 13w7 rebuild?? considering it. My brother used to deal with jl direct and I had my 10w7 rebuilt for $210 I believe. anyone know the cost now??

i think its threw jl only that it can be done...u can find somone to make u a custom sub with the motor but jl will cost u a pretty penny...somone on here had it done a few years back and i swore it was like 400$

Thats insane. My buddy has a motor he would give me for $50 but i'm not spending that kinda ching on a 13w7. There nice subs in there own way but no thanks

psi doesn't repair them anymore.....spl would be your next bet

to my knowledge nobody besides JL has reconed a 13w7. the 12w7 can be reconed and there has been several versions some with tighter gaps than others.

the 13w7 can be reconed but i would have to have custom made voice coils. if i had say 5 to do i could justify getting them made...
