Corvette C5 box

Hey I'm looking for a box to fit in the little storage area in the center of the hatchback on a C5 corvette. anyone know if they sell ready to fit boxes or has anyone ever made one before out of fiberglass that would be willing to sell one to me? let me know thanks

i just finished installing a system into a 2000 vette and we put a perfect fit plexi box in that storage area, when i get ot work i will post the pics of it. it looks hella sick. so check us out before anyone else if you want one that looks hella tight. it is all plexiglass

im not bobby he is my boss, the vette we installed one in was my step dads and we just finished with it. i will post the pics on monday.

we did a prestige 996a alarm with air horns along with a new deck xm radio mtx 5500 10 in in a perfect fit plexibox with mylar on the bottom of it. and new speakers all around to replace the bose speakers. also a mtx 311d amp.

i dunno if i like that.

id rather of painted the bottom of the box with some paint to match the car, and left the top clear.

but your boxes are sweet, but IMO not worth that kinda cash.

well we are also going to put some lights inside of the box taped into the lights when the door or hatch opens....

usually the box is just clear we just decided to put mylar in the bottom of it.

yea i know, but youd be able to see the floor of the car thru the clear, so why not paint the bottom\sides of the box the color of the paint, and get a perfect reflective paintjob (looks like the car is silver) so paint the bottom\side a nice silver gloss (one or two easy coats, no sanding, just clean the surface good with some windex... and it would look better IMO, then drill some 5mm holes in the edges of the box near the carpet and put some LEDs in there tapped to the hatch door. maybe 5 or 10 white LEDs would look incredible.

just my 2 cents.
