Correct amp for subs?...opinions please.

Hi. I've been browsing the forums for awhile and thought I'd finally join. I have 2 10" Pioneer Premier TS-W1007D2 subs. I am looking for the right amp to match with these subs. I have been looking at the Hifonics TXi 1008D. Is this the correct amp to pair with these subs? Should I look at something else? Thanks in advance to anyone who is willing to help out a newbie. //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/thankyou.gif.5451126d09e870f796f50c3a4dd5acd7.gif

PS - I mistakenly posted this question in the new members section, so my apologies for the double post.//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/crap.gif.7f4dd41e3e9b23fbd170a1ee6f65cecc.gif//content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/banghead.gif.8606515f668c74f6de0281deb475b6fd.gif

If you wired the subs' voice coils in a series/parallel config, it would make for a 2-ohm load at the amp... which would get you 700W (and should work just fine).
