Correct amp dc/ac voltage output?

My amp is making a high pitched sound and I volt tested on a meter and this is what I got: ch1- .2-.3, ch2- .10-.12, ch3- .6-.7, ch4- .3-.4 > this was done in dc. On ac ch 1,2&4 were .60-.80 ch3 was 1.3 if I remember correctly.

Basically does this mean my amp is need of repair? It's a jl e4300 any way I can try to look at it myself?
