Cops shoot wrong man after bank robbery

Happened about 10 minutes from me near a friends house. The bank is a 2 minute walk from him. he told me about it today. Cops basically chased after the wrong guy, shot him, and then flipped him over on the highway when he was trying to get away. Cops spent all the time chagin him and he wasnt the robber, just a guy passing by.

agreed, they found narcotics on him anyways. supposedly the robber just ran out of the bank across a small park jumped a fence onto the highway and took off. it is extremely close to 2 different highway onramps
