yeah cause im sure the cops that risk their lives on a daily basis are the ones who requested military grade subwoofers in their cars to shake **** like you outta the way

hey im not knocking cops for their jobs, that is when they actually do their job and not sit around the local BP gas station in the middle of summer flirting with the antendant, while the cop car and air conditioning are running, or while the local state trooper is sitting at the bar in a hooters resturant chatting with the waitresses while their on the clock. you cant tell me thats not BullSh*t

I dont know how cops are where you live, but here if their not doin their jobs, their douche bags. The town where i live, the stupid cops spent our tax money on 4 brand new 2007 chargers and a 07 durango. There isnt even enough crime in the town to justify a purchase like that. the crown vics were more than suitable for the size of the town. like i said, i have no problem with a cop that acutally does his job, but when they start screwin up and wasting money that i worked for on very unneccesary purchases, or by flirting with girls while on the job

thats such a hazard, it could cause some serious accidents

people could like freak out and things its an earth quake, and cause a mass panic

or it could cause structural damage to bridges and road ways, hell it could even damage private property

dan7532 are you callin me an idiot, cause im not askin for trouble. i agree ya know they can use those rights, yet it always seems like there's never a cop around when ya need one. But there's no reason for them to have a subwoofer system when lights and sirens are good enough.

No, i was just pointing out the silly logic of "i can get a ticket for it, but a cop can do it when he's in an emergency, that's ghey". I think a system in cop cars is silly too.

right and thats understandable, but there's no need for them to have a subwoofer system for an emergency situation, thats what im saying, and it's going to cause more hardship on us, cause if a cop here's our bass, they're gonna think were impersonating them, and then we get busted. and thats not right, i dont know bout you guys, but there's not a chance in hell ill pay for a ticket because i was so called impersonating a cop because of bass, when in reality i was just enjoying my music at the loud level that i listen it to.

I dont see the reasoning for amplifying signals that the human ear is less sensitive to, for the purposes of attention.

It's not going to work, nothing is, too many people drive with their heads up their *****. If anything sirens need to vary their high frequencies a bit more - a change that could draw, maybe, a bit more attention. Much like the European police.

yeah for sure, i think if they got the annoying sirens people would pay attention more, but the whole subwoofer thing, i think is just a waste and isnt going to work

Dear, god. Now we are gonna have cops on this board like:

I got a way better idea....and prolly cheaper...

Step 1. Make a new law that if you dont move for an emergency vehicle, you can be pushed off the road.

Step 2. Equip all LE Vehicles with Train Horns from HornBlasters.

Step 3. Equip All LE Vehicles with ARB Bull Bars

Step 4. Give one blast from the horn, if car doesnt move out of the way, Knock there *** into the ditch...

Seriously though, how about giveing them a ****ing air horn? You all know how loud train horns are... And think about this, if the ground shakes......whats gunna happen to the things inside the car....
