Copper Wire vs. other stuff

i found some 2/0 with 133 strands of pure copper rather than the 1K+ strands of other stuff seen in audio wire. is this wire a conductive or less or what? thanks
what? 233 strands for 2/0 is not alot that wouldnt be very flexible at all

i would personally choose the 1k+ strand count

for instance the SHOK wire i sell has 5400 strands and is very flexible, make it alot easier to install, and it is still pure copper //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/wink.gif.608e3ea05f1a9f98611af0861652f8fb.gif

Conductivity is a property of the metal, not of the area or number of strands. The area increases the current handling and more strands (of the same area) increase the flexibility of the wire.

tight. ya boy basscourt has some other 2/0 that he was gunna let me take for a lil cash for the big 3 also. i gotta see if hes still down. if not, looks like this stuff isnt bad. it was like 40ft for 60 bucks.
