No they freak out and shoot until they run out of bullets..

it's poor training..

from what the story said it was a crazy scene and they thought they were getting shot at. you would empty ur gun too if you thought you were being shot at. everyone makes mistakes, why should cops be any different. i know it was a mistake that cost someone their life ( personally i could care less these duchebags got killed) but a mistake nonetheless.

i mean do you honestly feel pitty for these guys? i mean we always want to throw the book at drunk drivers cause they put innocent lives at risk, well running from the police put innocent lives at risk too.
