He seriously must have had that line about disrespecting him, the badge, and the department loaded up and ready to shoot in someone's face, ****.
He said "skateboarding isn't allowed here."
When they heard that they should have said "Sorry sir, didn't know that. We'll leave right away."
Instead he acted like an emo pussy and responded with a sarcastic "Yeah, I didn't hear you" and "I don't have a father." What a fucking joke of a video. Cop should have bruised him up a little to make him remember some respect.
I also agree that political correctness is ruining this country...can't even say "nappy headed hoes" without getting fired.
I'm not saying they had to, just saying that it would have been in their better interest...obviously. Being polite to authority figures never has bad consequences.IThis issue has NOTHING to do with political correctness. Actually saying that the kids had to be super polite to the officer is more PC than anything.
It is most defiantly better to be polite. It does show a serious lack of respect on the part of the kids. But, if the officer couldn't handle a ramped law breaking pack of kids than he probably shouldn't be a member of the law enforcement community. Or maybe he should work dispatch.I'm not saying they had to, just saying that it would have been in their better interest...obviously. Being polite to authority figures never has bad consequences.
He was detained... After he was beaten with metal sticks...detained rodney king? is that what theyre calling it nowadays?

hahah yes, yes it would have.vid would have been better if the skater kid had been mike valleley
and what was the order? to not call him dude?so wheres the brutality? all i seen was a person not listening to a police officer after he gave them an order. i also seen a kid mouthing off to a cop....
(i think the cop is a fat piece of ****ing shit. but thats not the point here.)
lol, most people are arguing about the actual choke holdDid no one actually watch the video i just read the comments and do you guys actually pay attention or are you all like that kid? the officer told him to SIT DOWN and shut up. the kid could not shut up and he tried to stand up.
if i had told the kid to sit down and shut up and he had starting talking and tried to stand up, i probly would have done the exact same thing. I have seen it done about..a million times
do people not understand how to follow directions or do they not thing that physical compliance is physical?
