I'm sure he said something along those lines. Won't see it in the video because they more than likely edited it out to fit the videos purpose of portraying law enforcement as savages.did the cop even say, "can you please exit the perimises, skateboarding is not allowed here"????
thats what im saying too^^^ There were better ways for the cop to go about controling the situation in a professional manner... i dont think it was a big deal yelling at him but taking a 14yr old down to the ground for no reason just bc he was riding a skateboard was rediculous, i think that and i dont even ride skateboards.did the cop even say, "can you please exit the perimises, skateboarding is not allowed here"???? NO i would have never had a cop touch me like that
that is true also^ but from what i see from the vid i just think it is a shame that it wasn't handled differently. This is the reason why people begin to for opinions about cops. Luckily the cops in my area are cool //content.invisioncic.com/y282845/emoticons/smile.gif.1ebc41e1811405b213edfc4622c41e27.gifI'm sure he said something along those lines. Unless you were there and experienced the situation first-hand, you have really no idea if the cops actions were "professional". If the kids had refused repeated requests, and continued to jibe the officer, I see no problem with them getting held down by their scrawny necks. If however, this was the cops first reaction, without the courtesy of warning, then this may be considered a bit extreme.thats what im saying too^^^ There were better ways for the cop to go about controling the situation in a professional manner... i dont think it was a big deal yelling at him but taking a 14yr old down to the ground for no reason just bc he was riding a skateboard was rediculous, i think that and i dont even ride skateboards.

he wasnt restrained or arrested. The kids were warned. Skateboarding is not allowed in that area. Continue to disobey = be physically restrained and arrested. End of story. It's not a matter of what you "think" or how you "feel". The laws the law. Got a problem with it, sponser a bill, or elect an official who you feel will make a difference in changing the law. The cop was suspended more than likely because of modern day political correctness, which is the cancer that is killing our great nation.
Even better.he wasnt restrained or arrested.
he got a choke hold on him then a "manners and respect" speech...
No shit... That cop was way out of line.he wasnt restrained or arrested.
he got a choke hold on him then a "manners and respect" speech...
That isn't going to do anything to the kid, except make him respect cops, the law, and authority a whole hell of a lot less.Even better.
If anyone disagrees with this I'm surprised. Forget checks and balances, let some thug in a badge run the world! That isn't going to do anything to the kid, except make him respect cops, the law, and authority a whole hell of a lot less.
The police officer isn't judge, jury, and executioner.
He has no right, nor should he, to do what he did. There are laws for a reason and they should be followed by everyone. ESPECIALLY if they are charged to enforce the law.
