Just like the title says, I have a class a amplifier in a place that's proving to be difficult to keep cool to the point I'm considering liquid cooling.
The amplifier on the bottom is the one in question, and there's an access lid that goes on top of that, but for the meantime I'm just leaving it off, but in the long run, I want this thing to remain cool.
While exploring amazon and having a cross flow fan overnighted, I ran across thermoelectric cooling pads. It's basically a ceramic heat pump that gets cold on one side and hot on the other. This would be absolutely perfect for water cooling pads. I've ordered a few and will be experimenting, hopefully being able to route the heat outside of the vehicle. These pads may even have more uses than amps. What about placing them underneath the cup holders, making for a built in beverage cooler..... Back to the amplifier though. Besides moving the amp, this is not an option, let's let some ideas flow....
