Thanks. The carpet made such a difference in appearance.

Right now.... By the weight of the subs at the bottom and being wedged in between the wheel wells. I'm working on brackets that'll bolt it down on both sides to a tie down point that's right by both sides. I'll probably do something with all thread with a tab welded on one side going through a mounting bracket bolted to the box where I can really put some down force on it. I still have a little tweaking to do, so I still want to keep it movable.

Well, now I'm properly powering the subs I have, I've run into another cooling problem. I was told over and over again, including in the instruction manual do not mount the amplifier on the subwoofer box. My only option was here. It's hidden, but I'm guessing the ventilation is horrible because the amp gets really hot the time or two I've played it hard. I've got a cross flow fan I'm gonna put on one end elevated with pvc tubing. Throw some ideas my way....

My 2 fsd's are mounted to my box. Box is rock solid. But added another 3/4" birch sheet to where I mounted amps and used rubber washers... Stays air temp zero issues.. Also bolted my box with massive bolts and washers to the sheet metal floor box is one with car..

Well, the explanation that got me was feel what's vibrating more, the box or a wall like where I mounted mine. I feel like especially since I have an older amp, any steps I can take to make ensure it has a long life I'll take.

I'm thinking I should center it, put my 4 passive crossovers on either side and put a plexiglass case over it with push/pull fans on the ends.
