Cooling Fan Help

I curently installled my amps and ordered a stinger squirel cage fan my question is that can I wire the fan into the aux blue wire coming off the amp and put a inline fuse on my fan so it will come on with the radio or should I run a seperate wire for the fan and not come off the aux wire.

So basically I tap on to the aux wire from the HU run it to a relay and then from the relay to my fan?

The relay will have numbers for each connection. You run the remote wire from the h/u to #85. You ground #86. #30 is the +12v. You then run wires from #87 to any anything you want to power up. In your case you run a wire off terminal #87 to each amp and each fan. #87a stays empty.
