Cool Program - 3D Web Browsing

yeah all I get is this stupid blue box in the middle that lets me switch between the windows like that but nothing 3D

its the one that says SWITCH BETWEEN WINDOWS when you put the mouse over it.

the windows themselves dont spin around, they just sit like that.
