Converting a 12" box to 10"?

Any products out there to convert an opening from 12" to 10" like just a nail in adapter or something?

Don't want to shell out money for a new box. My only idea is to cut out several blocks and nail them in and then use wood filling epoxy in the spaces I didn't fill in.

Any other ideas? thanks...

I guess it would be smarter to buy a sq ft of mdf and just roto zip out a whole piece

yea just make a new baffle and attach it to the front of the box. the internal volume will go up ever so slightly.
