A company who wants to use him time building products fast instead of having to stop and answer the phone... or spend money for someone to answer the phones when it can all be taken care of via email.
If I started a company selling car audio products online, I too would keep it to email only. Shawn Fleming will be able to help you out, he's a nice guy... Scott's been uber-busy lately. Fi got popular, and Scott's building subs left and right.... especially since he's trying to get subs that were ordered shipped out in time for the holidays.
