Constant vibrating from subs even when turned down

ok so i have this setup in my suv for over 7 months now. i have a pioneer head unit with memphis amp and 2 10" audiobahns subwoofers. i took my subs out to get a grill in the back and when i go to hook it back up they worked fine untill i started the car and here a constant noise coming from the sub even when its turned down. sometimes it doesnt do it when the cars on acc but always does it when its running. iv went through the ground and postive wire and even bought new rcas and still does it. what else can be wrong

Have you noticed the sound becomes louder when revving?

If so you blew a pico fuse from the HU.
