Connecting sub amp to stock HU

I know this has been asked many times, but what do I need to connect my amp to my stock HU.

I don't want to shell out any money really. Maybe 10-20 but nothing more than that. I've looked around the forums and all I saw was some JL Cleansweep thing.

Do you even need these products?

I'm connecting a MTX Thunder 282 powering a Kicker 10" CVR in a sealed enclosure to my stock head unit(99 Acura Integra LS).

The 282 runs best at 14.4 volts and performance decreases as the voltage goes down.

What possible ways can I connect it? Thanks
