can you use mobile phone tools with a cingular razr without having to unlock it?

I have cingular and use mobile phone tools with my V220. I don't see why you wouldn't be able to on your razr. As long as you have the USB data cable, then it should work.

ok awesome i tried it on my old ocmputer and it would never find the phone then read somewhere that you have to unlock cingular phones to use mobile tools or else you ahve to use their version. i will have to find a cable and try it out on this computer
