confused on headunit settings

Okay I have a Kenwood Excelon x790

I was wondering what I should put my "Bass frequency" on my choices range from 40-150. (no I do not mean a LPF)

Also what should I put my mids and treble frequencies on. and how should I set the Q factor? if at all?
