alright shiiiet. i am now continuing idea of doin a spl system on my infiniti i30. Im jus a little confused on what sub to get. Im set on getting the orion 2500d amp. I plan on upgrading alt later after highschool. I got a job now and i can get the money but dont want to spend more than 600 on sub or subs. My opions are 1 12 solo x if i can find them newhere. 2 12 alpine type rs. 3 12 alpine type r's. or 4 10 type rs. Contiplating if i should wait for the new xxx line and also thinking about a 12 inch mt. so i got 2500 watts with future plans of upgrading alt. so help me out. If i do the system in my bimmer i have a pretty good alt in it. lights never dimmed wen playing dub 7 but did on my ifninit. So either 1 solo x 12, or 10 inch. mt. FUKKKK im jus hella confused. help me out. my redo proposal is due tommrow

The MT should sound awsome off that power, I love having a single 12" sub that impresses people more than others with dual 15 set ups. I would get the MT for that reason alone.

yea i forgot about the dps. i had the 15xxx. i want it to be louder than it. im gonna have box tuned to high 30s 40s. if i cant get it louder than my old 15xxx than i dont think itll be worth it, u kno?

im lookin for a lil sq but hella spl. its gonna be a daily set up. i got around 4-maybe 5 cufic. 5 is pushing it though.

2 12" type-rs or SX's would be about the limit you could run with that much space, that is if you want it ported (and since you want alot of SPL, ported is the way to go).

Either pair should sound badass on a 2500d.
