the main reason they blow is because people push them over their limit. everyone says that they can handle more than rated power. true but their is still a limit. once that limit is passed ka-boom...you got yourself a blown sub. every sub has a limit, u pass the limit and its done for.

oh nice type x. started to get those but i heard their not as loud as the type r. just my 2 cents.
