Conecting Bluetooth phone

Hi, new user here,

I recently installed an Alpine UTE-72BT HU in my car and I'm having problems connecting to Bluetooth.

When I pair my phone I get a notification on the phone stating "Connected (no media)"

My phone is a Huawei Y5ii and it has no problems connecting and streaming audio to other BT devices (several BT speakers, my other car, home stereo etc.)

Has anyone had this issue before?
