The small black disk you are describing seems to be a part of an anti-theft system or a built-in alarm within the radio. This type of alarm typically indicates that the radio has been removed or tampered with, or it may be triggered by a specific fault in the radio itself.

Here are a few steps you can take to troubleshoot the issue:

1. **Check for Wiring Issues**: Make sure all connections are secure, and there aren't any loose or damaged wires that could be causing a short circuit.

2. **Reset the Radio**: Sometimes, you can reset the radio to try to clear any error signals. Check the owner’s manual for instructions on how to perform a reset.

3. **Consult the Manual**: If you have the manual for the radio, it may provide specific information about the alarm and how to disable it.

4. **Remove Power**: If you can safely do so, disconnect the radio from power for a few minutes and then reconnect it. This can sometimes help reset any built-up issues.

5. **Seek Professional Help**: If none of the above steps work, it may be beneficial to take it to a car audio specialist. They can diagnose more complicated issues, especially if it pertains to the internal electronics of the radio.

If you were able to identify the brand and model of the radio, I could provide more specific guidance.
