Concerns regarding shipment from FI...Help me understand whats going on

Hey guys i'm a little concerned/curious about my shipment from FI and I dont' really understand whats going on or what the deal is. Maybe one of yall have ran into this issue before with FI or any company for that matter. I ordered my FI Q 18" on 9/9/08. On 9/11/08 I recieved a message from UPS with the tracking information and it said Billing information recieved with the scheduled delivery bein 9/17/08. I didn't check the trackin information for a couple days and now when I look at the tracking information it still says Billing information recieved. Basically stateing that they have the information and a label just not the package yet although the scheduled delivery still says 9/17/08. So I went on the FI website and looked up my order status and it says shipped on it. So basically FI says the order is shipped but UPS isn't showing that they have the box yet??? Its like contradicting information and I don't no what to do. I emailed FI but i'm sure it will take a while since there busy but i'm clueless to where my package is. Can someone point me in the right direction

Your subs are built to order from fi, when your order is recieved it is assigned a tracking number and a label is printed for it. When it actually leaves vegas the tracking will update

well i can add somthing to this. i orderd my subs on 9/4/08. they were gona be here yesterday but cuz of the hurrican and sh it its gona be here tomrrow. i went to track my order and it still says its been picked up. the last date it shows is the 11th so ups is kinda slow to update there shit. this been going on for some time for me. my amp was like that a box i bought

I understand that..... The thing that has me worried is that my order status on my order conformation through FI says that the order is shipped. If it said something else i wouldn't be concerned. The way it looks is that my Sub is floating around somewhere lol

i noticed that to. try going to it this way. if your go to the "news" section and scroll down youll where they talk about there forum click on it and it will take you to the forum.

it was the same with my 2 fi ssd's

Just received an email from FI last night and everythings good. For some reason when I used paypal they sent FI the payment in an echeck so eventhough i ordered on 9/9 they didn't recieve my payment untill 9/15 which I confirmed with my bank account statement. Since they didn't get payment untill 9/15 they didn't finish building the speaker untill yesterday and Scott at FI informed me that my package will be shipped today and that UPS should be updated after 7PM tonight with my new delivery date. So everythings good. Thanks guys for your assistance
