They said $95 labor which includes all labor and diagnostic fee, then just parts cost. My laptop is dead, it just wont turn on at all, wont do anything.

If the laptop is worth fixing, doesn't sound like a bad idea.

Could be one of 3 things.

Bad battery, bad power supply, or bad power jack on the board. I guess it's worth 95 if they can diagnose and fix the problem.

that is standard to ANY repair place you'd take it... is a diagnostic fee.. they charge it everywhere.
