Need some help please. I got on my wifes new laptop and her computer does not allow her to open a new browser when you click on a link. It happens on any site. If you click on a link in Yahoo, for example, it will open in the same browser but if it requires a new browser it will not open. pop up blocker isnt the problem. Any ideas? thanks in advance..

in the tools and then the options you can change whether to open links in new windows or in the same browser. that should be where you need to adjust that.
