I doubt it, your best bet would be a local isntaller.

However, I was talking to the owner of this shop, and compustar is big on "soldering in", they have training for it and everything.

Call compustar up and find a licensed dealer near you and have them do it.

Umm, I know its an addon, but you can purchase RS / Alarm together.

I LOVE my remote start, omg, its amazing, im so glad i got it.
