Comp's wont work Sub Will

So this is what I have set up, I have a JVC deck, nothing special and I have my sub hooked up and working fine . What is not working is the component speakers, they were working for the first hour then they stopped working completely.

The only wires I changed from yesterday today were hooking up the 6x9's in the rear deck, so I tried disconnecting the wires on the rear deck from the 6x9's and still the same problem.

So I tried connecting them again and I hear a pop noise when my hu turns on, on one of the speakers.

As well my sub was installed today yet no problem with that and I have checked all the wiring and such.
