comps and amp? is this setup good/worth it??

wanna run db drive components and 6.5 kicker 2 way speakers on a 1000w 400rms ab speaker amp

db drive s365c 6.5" okur component

each:

75rms

350watts peak

kicker 6.5"

50rms

100watts

getting everything for about $225ish

is this setup recommended or should i look into other components or amps?
