Componets Vs 3 ways ? Help.. confused

okay i'm kinda confused on whats the differences in the two; components and jsut regular 2 or 3 way speakers?

is there a good place to read or get more info about it?

i'm looking to get speakers but i dont want bass i need more voical- highs let me know which is better thanks

like two or there way coaxials or components. On coaxials its basically a marketing gimmick on components it gives you more midbass...correct me if im wrong
